What we collect
If you send us a message we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, revenue band, interests and your message. If you subscribe to news we collect your email address. When you book a call, Calendly handles that booking under its own notice.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and to manage our conversation with you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use your email for news only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who handles it
This site is hosted on Google Firebase. Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud. We may pass enquiry details to our customer relationship tools so that we can follow up.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. They are set only if you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. The site needs no other cookies to work.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email josh.gibbs@playaio.com and we will respond.
